PMS users only
You can add additional guests to bookings whether the booking is confirmed, on hold, a quote or even checked in. There are several options depending on the scenario so please select the appropriate link for instructions.
- If the additional guest is staying in their own room, you can either add them as a separate new booking or add them to an existing booking.
- If the additional guest is going to stay in the same room for the same duration then you simply amend the number of guests in the current room.
- If the additional guest is going to stay in the same room but for a different duration, (or the same duration but want their own share of the bill) then you would create an additional guest account.
