PMS users only - This functionality needs to activated in your account so please contact your support team if required.

You can sell any extras that are registered in your account to any customer - even if they are not staying with you.


This functionality is currently available in V3 screens only. It will be updated to V4 later this year.

  1. Select the New non booking extra sale option in the Extras section in the menu.

  2. If you would like to add customer details for the sale, add details in the Customer fields.

  3. At the bottom of the screen, select the extra by ticking the box on it's line.
    Tip - You can filter your extras by Category by selecting it in the Category drop down option. Once selected, iBex will refresh the screen and list the extra item that you have selected.

  4. Amend the Title (which is shown on the customer's receipt), dates, quantity and rate.

  5. Click Save.

Once saved, additional buttons will appear at the bottom of the screen so that you can add another extra, print a receipt, create an Invoice or a voucher, add a payment or cancel the sale.

All non booking extra sales will be logged in the Search non booking extra sales option in the Extras section in the menu.
