You can diarise tasks in your iBex system which are viewed in the Daily Tasks field on your Arrivals & Departures screen. When you look at any given day, any tasks saved for that day will be listed.

This can be used in any way that you wish, whether as a reminder tool to fulfil any special requirements for arriving guests (such as split beds, bouquet of flowers, maintenance reminders, shopping lists, airport transfers, and so on).


There are two areas where you can add tasks to your list:\

  1. In V4 - in the Arrivals & Departures screen:
    - Amend the date in the When field.
    - Add the task into the Property Daily Tasks field.
    - Click Save Tasks. 

  2. V3 users only - By selecting the Task List option in the Property Maintenance section in the menu:
    - Select the property that the task applies to.
    - Select the date.
    - Add the task details.
    - Click Save.
