Flight Centre/quickbeds receives the base room rate only from iBex – you will need to maintain any changes to extra adult/child prices directly at flight centre/quickbeds.

Flight Centre/quickbeds cannot accept multiple rates or minimum stay variations from iBex for a single room type. If you wish to provide availability from iBex to flight centre/quickbeds for differing rates / minimum stay periods on a room type you will need to duplicate the room at flight centre/quickbeds for each rate / differing minimum stay.

Base 1 pax rates from iBex not transmitted to Flight Centre/quickbeds unless the max guest count in the rate is also 1. Where a room holds more than 1 person and the base rate in iBex is 1, the 2 person rate will be transmitted to flight centre/quickbeds.

Flight Centre/quickbeds can only receive rates and inventory from iBex to a maximum of 1 year ahead.

We understand commission charged by Flight Centre/quickbeds to be as follows, however please confirm this directly with flight centre/quickbeds:

  •  Australian based properties – 10%
  •  NZ based properties – 20% (agent bookings), 10% (consumer bookings)
iBex supports up to 3 connections to quickbeds from a single property. Instructions vary at  step 16 above if setting up a 2nd or 3rd connection.
After any extensive modification of your rates/prices within iBex it is recommended you perform a full re-synch to quickbeds. Click Here for instructions.
