If you have a live account with Mitchell Corp Wholsale you can now automate availability, rates and bookings by interfacing/connecting your iBex account.
Mitchell Corp offers 2 connections, with each reaching a different market:

Mitchell Corp Wholesale : This sends Mitchell Corp inventory which they use to sell at pre agreed wholesale rates negotiated between yourself and Mitchell Corp. This Inventory is linked to numerous agents around the world and Mitchell Corp's in house reservations team.

Mitchell Corp Wholesale connection notes and instructions
When the customer makes a booking they pay the full amount required to the agent who makes the booking.
Mitchell Corp Wholesale sends confirmed bookings to your iBex account and the value of the booking is the Nett amount that you invoice Mitchell Corp Wholesale for (which will be the same as your contracted rates).
Please note that if a booking is made during a period where Mitchell Corp have not negotiated rates with you, the booking will come through with a rate of $575.00 – please ignore this rate as Mitchell Corp will update the rate when you have new negotiated rates.
Any amendments or cancellations will not be updated through the connection.
Mitchell Corp will email you directly with any amendments or cancellations so you must manually update the booking accordingly.
Rates are not sent by iBex as these are pre agreed between yourself and Mitchell Corp Wholesale.
Any bookings that are sent to you with incorrect values must be addressed directly with the Mitchell Corp Wholesale team at email@example.com
The interface sends the availability of available units/rooms only - this does not include any units/rooms that are On Request basis.
You control the sell method of these room types in iBex as a whole or in your Mitchell Corp Wholesale account if for a specific period (by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you want to stop Mitchell Corp Wholesale from selling a room type for a specific dates (such as Christmas), you contact Mitchell Corp Wholesale directly advising them of the dates and the necessary room types you want removed from sale.
If you want to stop Mitchell Corp Wholesale from selling a room type altogether (so for all dates), you set a stop sell in iBex.

|1||You will need to request Mitchell Corp to set iBex as your channel manager for your Wholesale account and provide you with the following:|
The above information will be required to complete steps 11 and 13 below.
|Log into your iBex account – click here|
|3||From left menu select Sales Channels > Add a sales Channel|
|4||At the pop up window titled ‘New Sales Channel’ click the button Register Available Sales Channel|
|5||Enter ‘mitchell’ into search field at top right of window and press enter on your keyboard.|
Matching results will be displayed – see example screen image below.
|6||Click the green plus icon to add Mitchell Corp Wholesale to your account (see above example).|
|7||Optionally update General section fields as required.|

Since iBex does not send Mitchell Corp Wholesale any rates (as these are pre agreed directly with Mitchell Corp), the only setting that you need to set is whether or not you want to invoice them when each booking has checked out or at the end of the month for all bookings in that month. This is only applicable to PMS users.
You set this be setting the Multi-booking Invoice option.

You will progress to the Channel Mapping tab.
|10||In the Email Rules section:|
|11||In the Channel Mapping Information section, you will need to add information about your property.Please enter your Channel Operator ID which is your Property Code that Mitchell Corp Wholesale will have provided you with in Step 1.|
You can also set the Allocation Handling (we recommend Total Per Room).
|12||Click Save button.|
|13||Once saved, you will notice that the Channel Mapping table will be shown enabling you to set what availability should be sent to your Mitchell Corp Wholesale for each room type in your Mitchell Corp Wholesale account.Complete each row in the Mapping Table as follows:|
iBex Room Name – Each row is a different room type.
Channel Room ID – Enter the Mitchell Corp Wholesale room code that matches the iBex Room Name.
Stop Sell – Leave unticked. You only use this when/if you want to remove availability for that room type at a later date.
iBex Rate Name – Select any rate in this column as no prices are actually sent – it needs to be set so that the booking can be assigned rate name.
If you need to update multiple Mitchell Corp Wholesale room types with a single iBex room type’s availability you can click the + sign to add another Mitchell Corp Wholesale room type and add the other necessary room ID as shown below:

|15||Click the Save & Update Channel button.|
You can check if the update has gone through successfully by waiting for the updates to go through and clicking the View Log option.
If the status is OK then the update has been sent to Mitchell Corp Wholesale so they will now have your availability.
If there are any errors, please read the Important Notes section or contact support detailing the error message and your Mitchell Corp Wholesale account details obtained in step 1.
