This iBex feature allows the user to easily add Extra item(s) to an invoice. In the past an Extra had to be assigned to a booking using the Extras tab. This proved to be a time consuming process, especially if multiple Extras needed to be added to a booking. Time can now be saved by adding sales items directly from the invoice screen. 


1.) Simply click on Invoices (from the Finance tab of a booking), and click 'Add Sale Item'

2.) Select the box next to the Extra you would like to add. You can only select one box at a time as you need to specify details for the extra you have selected

3.) Choosing an extra gives you the opportunity to alter the Extra's price, quantity, title and date range.  You can also assign the Extra to an individual room in the case of a multi-room/group booking.

4.) Once you are happy with the Extra's details, hit Save. Repeat this process to add another Extra.
